Ten Commandments

My favorite niece who is four years old and was born on my 35th birthday is a pistol. She told her Mom the other day. "I really wish God hadn't created those commandments!!!"

According to my sister: she thinks "thou shall not be touchy with thy friends" is a commandment? Also not big on the greed thing after she took 6 turkey cookies at once and got in trouble....


She has FOUR older brothers. And she's crazy about pokemon. On her first day of pre-k she head butted a little boy and made him cry. When asked why she'd done that her response was "well he should have been able to take that!!!"

Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter

It's weird how much Carlie and Morgan are alike. When their heads were together they have the same exact shade of hair color. They are both left handed with fair skin. They both talk like little adults and love to pretend. Morgan's new thing is to pretend to be a cat. She was a cat named chocolate Chip most of the weekend. And Carlie was her cat friend named Peanut Butter.




Morgan found the cat's bed and got in that when she needed a "cat nap". And of course every kitten needs her princess attire.

We had a great time. Everyone was in a good mood and the kids all played so well together.










The little kids played Dirty Santa this year too. Since Morgan was a big young to play, but is sharp as a tack, we rigged it so that she had the last number and told the big kids to not pick her special present that she would like. She waited so patiently while the other kids had their turn. And she was so excited with her present she "won".

So now I am the proud owner of a little black and white hampster named Ike, thanks to you! We got a gray one and Parker was holding his box on the ride home when he let out a scream. The stupid thing bit his finger and drew blood through the little hole in the box. I did a u-turn and promptly exchanged the little rat b@st@rd. LOL This one is very cute and friendly. Morgan has only let him out once so far - LOL. The kids are thrilled.

What Are YOU Giving Up for Lent?

We were not raised Catholic, but my sister converted when she married her husband. And they are raising their children as Catholics. My nephew, Parker, is six years old. He informed his mother at the dinner table the other day that he's giving up STEALING for Lent. Hehehe. I hope he doesn't share that with the Priest.

I LOVE this picture. This is Morgan Julia and her Granny.



Morgan is my birthday buddy. We share a birthday. That makes her AWESOME!! She is tiny and talks like a grown up.



This is my nephew, Parker. He wants to be an archeologist when he grows up...or was that paleontologist? This is his "bone collection" from our Ribs we had for dinner. He's all boy.



Morgan decided to open her Christmas presents in nakie style. I got her three pairs of shoes for Christmas, because she likes "Coot shoes". She stopped long enough to put her new boots on, and then kept on opening presents
