In the chest of every single person, big or small, beats the heart of a champion. And in that heart is a purpose that will, if lived, bring something to life no other heart ever has, ever will or ever could. Something the world needs more now than ever before.
Julie, Thank you for your sweet comment. Being the wife of a coach is the most rewarding job but can also be very diffcult. I was lucky that J.R. started coaching after we had been dating a year and about to get married, so we both went into it as newbies. Although I don't know if it made that first year easier, since he played football thoughout highschool and college he already had the "lay-of-the-land." Now he is going on his 5th year of coaching and I couldn't imagine our life without this career. We are very blessed!!
My husband and I have five kids, and they are all unique and special in their own ways. Bob is a high school football Coach. I am an IT Manager.
J.B is 20 and came to live with us when he was 17. He's my rebel.
Frank is 11, we've had him since he was three years old. He's my athlete.
Libby is 10, we've had her since she was 2 years old. She is my Helper.
Madolyn is 7 years old. She was 4 days old when we got her and she is my Diva.
The baby is Carlie. She is 6 years old and is our Brainiac.
We have two cats, two dogs, and three guinea pigs who live in the house.
And we have two loving sets of grandparents that we spend lots of time with.
